CONDITIONS OF USE

Tarif conditions applicable in Metropolitan France
Rate subject to the general conditions of rental in force at the rental company.

Certain categories of vehicles or services may not be available at all our offices, please consult us.
A day's rental is calculated on the basis of full consecutive 24 hour periods, as from the time of departure of the vehicle.
A 29-minute exemption is granted at the end of the rental, beyond which, an additional day is invoiced.
The vehicle must be returned during the rental office's opening hours. If you return the vehicle outside these hours, your rental agreement will only stop once the office is open and you will therefore remain liable for the vehicle until such time.
The vehicle is delivered with a full tank of fuel and we advise you to return it full, failing which this service will be invoiced separately by the rental company.
In the event of an accident, the hirer must fill in a report within 24 hours; in the event of theft or attempted theft, file a complaint with the police and send the receipt to the rental office.
A personal credit card is required when picking up the car for rental.
Do not forget that you must show your identity papers at the desk as well as your original driver's licence and our rental voucher (Original or copy).
Booking times: 72 hours.

CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) with non deductible excess in the event of an at-fault accident, with an unidentified third party or in the event of theft of the vehicle:

PAI (Personal Assistance Insurance), the passengers and driver are covered by personal medical assistance in the event of an accident, which covers medical care, handicaps, death.
NOTA : after 14 days or more rental, the insurance becomes: "fully-comprehensive, with no excess"
National drop-offs are free (except for 4X4), international drop-offs are possible at most large towns in Europe for an extra charge. VAT at 19.6% is included in our rates.

What this formula does not include:

Fuel and any optional services (child seat - booster seat: 30 € inclusive of all taxes)
The vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel (we advise you to return it full, failing which this service will be invoiced separately by the rental company)
Second driver : free (driver's licence obligatory)
Theft of personal belongings or goods, cigarette burns, damage to wheels and tyres as well as to the lower and upper part of the vehicle is not covered by the insurance.
Minimum age :
- 21 years old for categories A-B-W-C-X-D-Y-H-I
- 23 years old for categories E-L-O-N-S-K
- 25 years old for categories P et F

For drivers under 25 years old, there is a supplement of 20€ per day with a maximum of 220 € inclusive of all taxes.

Driving outside France: vehicles can only be driven in the following countries:
Austria - Belgium - Denmark - Finland - France - Germany - Great Britain - Netherlands - Italy - Luxembourg - Norway - Portugal - Spain - Sweden - Switzerland.
Vehicles travelling to Corsica must be returned to the mainland and vice versa.
Driver's licence: All currently valid types in the hirer's name (original copy held for at least 1 year).
Payment: you send us your bank card details with your booking.
