reside in Metropolitan France . You can buy a new car, exempt
from tax and registered in your name, either outright or just
for the duration of your stay in Europe.

Quality of information
Any service provider worth its salt should send you complete
records, all the necessary administrative paperwork for the
order and in particular, as a future customer, all the comparative
data between the various vehicles in which you are interested.
We should therefore enable you to compare several vehicles at home, leafing through the descriptive catalogues, and looking at current rates.
We should add that we also feel compelled to provide you with objective information about:
- the actual qualities of the vehicles proposed
- the necessity and cost of certain specifications specific to "export" vehicles
- the quality of the after-sales network and spare parts maintenance.
Delivery
We deliver your vehicle on the
day, time and place that you tell us, apart from in cases
of force majeure, of course.
For vehicles that are "purchased outright", deliveries are
made to the Parisian delivery centres or to Parisian airports.
Your car can also be delivered to you in certain provincial
cities or airports. Pick-up / drop-off costs are set out in
advance.
Price
Our prices before discount for all vehicles and optional extras are the manufacturers' official rates without any increase or placement fees, except for the car registration costs set out by the manufacturer. Prices are in Euros. Just ask us for the current rate. Prices are guaranteed three months after receiving your order. Our general conditions are given on the back of your purchase order.
Discounts
Diplomatic agents or civil servants as well as members of international organisations enjoy a special discount depending on the make. If you do not have a special passport, we will always do our utmost to get you the best deal from the manufacturer or importer. The discount amount is always listed in your quote.
Accessories
These are installed under our supervision by the factory or
a specialist and are invoiced separately.
If you wish to export your car to your place of residence
outside France, directly without coming and using it or after
having used it during a stay in Europe of no longer than 6
months, we will have it forwarded to your address after providing
an estimate including shipping costs and insurance to the
port of discharge.
The formalities for outward clearance at the destination port, getting your vehicle on the road and registering it under the standard series in your country will be your responsibility at all times.
Spare parts
We provide you with a comprehensive service dispatching spare parts abroad for most vehicles. You can place your orders directly by mail, fax or e-mail to our offices.
Documents on delivery
Important: in all cases your car is delivered to you with a complete set of documents:
- Temporary Transit : registration document valid for six months (red plates)
- WW export :
- provisional export card valid for 1 month
- customs export document
- certificate from the Department of Transport and certificate of sale
- Commercial invoice
- Warranty
- certificate of insurance on request
- WW France :
- provisional registration document valid for 3 weeks
- all documents for final vehicle registration inclusive of all taxes in your place of residence
- commercial invoice
- warranty and maintenance log book
